About Michelle
Michelle got into the real estate industry 9 years ago when her Grandmother passed away. See, her Grandmother Isabel was Michelle's best friend and like a mother to her. Michelle was determined to buy her Grandmother's home with no clue how to do so. Michelle set out to to find someone, any lender or Realtor who would be willing to guide and help Michelle purchase the home she grew up in.In fact, her Grandfather Gilbert built many parts of that home himself back in 1970. So you see, this home has been in the family for generations.Michelle was determined to find help and purchase this small, quaint home by the railroad tracks where she grew up.This ordinary and small home that did not even have central air and heat, was filled with fond memories, hysterical laughter and homemade meals gathered around the table cooked by her Grandmother, Mother and Aunts.To Michelle, this home was her safe haven in which she listened to her Grandmother's stories and throughout the years, given wisdom from her Grandmother Isabel.
One day, after making several calls, Michelle finally received help from a Realtor she found on the internet who ultimately seemed uneager & insincere of Michelle's dream. But Michelle was desperate, so she took what help she could get.
The real estate agent ultimately wrote up the offer on Michelle's behalf.
A few days later, Michelle was told by the agent uneagerly helping her, that her offer to purchase this sentimental home was sadly rejected.
Instead the home was won over by a cash investor.
Michelle was devastated and overcome by grief.
Michelle straightened her posture and set out to learn everything there is about real estate, purchase her Grandmother's beloved home back and become the best, undefeated Realtor anyone has ever seen.
Michelle was taught at a young age by her single mother Maria, that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard.
As her career advanced, Michelle found her stride working with home owners. She's an expert in strategic pricing, marketing and known for her unmatched negotiating skillset.
In fact, she's been nominated time and time again to teach & guide real estate agents here in the Central Valley to become better real estate agents themselves.

Michelle has grown up and lived here in the Central Valley with her Husband of 13 years-Jeremy, their three children, Ilianna, Genesis, Caleb and two energetic dogs Tyson (Doberman) and Nala (french bull dog). In her free time, Michelle enjoys hikes in the great outdoors, camping, fishing, cooking homemade dishes and getting lost in a good book.
